Sara is the founder of Kind Therapy, LLC. She sees individuals, couples, and families of all ages. She specializes in supporting people in the perinatal/postpartum period and beyond. She has trauma specific training, including experience with Brainspotting and a national certification in TFCBT.

Jessie Laurenzi, MS, LPC-IT

Jessie is a therapist with Kind Therapy, LLC. She specializes in working with clients with trauma and couples and approaches clients through a humanistic lens. She also enjoys working with adolescents. She is trained in EMDR and also utilizes EFT when working with trauma. Additionally, she is a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for couples.
